Our Company
The Alpheus Group is a small Ottawa-based company that provides Parliamentary Affairs and Communications support to a variety of clients across Canada. Our services and products aim to keep clients informed about what is happening on Parliament Hill and to help them connect with key decision-makers within the federal and provincial governments.
The company was formed in the spring of 2006 and quickly found a niche for itself through its trademark “Committee Snapshot” product. Our researchers attend, monitor and report on the proceedings of House of Commons and Senate committees of interest to clients. These same day meeting summaries of topics of debate, witness testimony and committee business proved to be a popular service.
The Alpheus Group soon expanded to offer additional support services and products to meet the diverse needs of clients, such as specific issue tracking, Question Period monitoring, and other strategic communications and research support.
